Refund policy

We accept returns only for well specified reasons, like: damaged or defective products, incompatibility with the bike choosen in the order, ecc.
The return has to be requested to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
The product must be returned in it’s original conditions and no more than 14 days from the date of request. We will replace it or refund the entire amount except the transport costs which are not refundable.

Bicolor rims stickers cannot be returned. If you’re experiencing any issue with them, please contact us to come to a solution.

Our handmade products are crafted with care and may have small imperfections or variations in color and texture. These are normal and are not considered as defects. As such, refunds or exchanges will not be granted for these minor imperfections.

Any damage caused to the product due to improper installation or modification will not be covered by our 1-year warranty. We are not responsible for any damages incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete installation, or any modification made to the product without our written permission.
